<p>40th Annual<br />Run for the Roses<br />Saturday, October 11th, 2025<br />Rose Hill, KS</p> <p>1 Mile and 5K Race (All walkers and runners are welcome) </p> <p><b>Sponsors:  Rose Hill High School Cross Country</b></p> <p>START AND FINISH LINE: Rose Hill United Methodist Church</p> <p>Race coincides with the ROSE HILL FALL FESTIVAL </p> <p>There will be signs to aid traffic control. Races will be conducted regardless of rain. Restroom facilities will be provided</p> <p>RACE SCHEDULE</p> <p>Packet pickup (at race site)---- 6:30am-7:15am<br />Report to starting line (1 Mile)-  7:25am<br />Start 1 Mile race-----------------7:30am<br />Report to starting line (5K)----- 7:55am<br />Start of 5K race------------------8:00am</p> <p>The Run for the Roses held in Rose Hill, KS is said to be flat and fast with an out and back course ran along Rose Hill Road.</p> <p>Medals will be given for the TOP 3 MALE AND FEMALE FINISHERS in each age division for each race.  TOP MALE AND FEMALE FINISHER in the 5K race will receive a trophy.  The awards will be given at the finish line immediately following each race.</p> <p>Packets can be picked up Friday afternoon, October 10th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rose Room at 101 N. Rose Hill Rd. and the morning of the race at the church.</p> <p>FEES INCREASE BY $5 ON RACE DAY!!!!!  Race fees do include a shirt.  Sizes will be determined at online registration.</p> <p>Age Divisions are as follows:</p> <p>9 and Under                     35 to 39</p> <p>10 to 14                            40 to 44</p> <p>15 to 19                            45 to 49</p> <p>20 to 24                            50 to 59</p> <p>25 to 29                            60 and Over</p> <p>30 to 34                                      </p>
