Join us for the 23rd Annual Frostbite 5K/10K ❄️, benefiting the Sumner County Family YMCA, on Saturday, December 19 at the Sumner County Family YMCA.</p> <p>Join us for a certified, chip-timed 5K or 10K, or take part in our Family 1 Mile Run/Walk. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome, and the course is stroller- and pet-friendly.</p> <p>With approximately 500 participants each year, Frostbite is a favorite winter tradition supporting the YMCA’s mission to strengthen community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility</p> <h4><strong>Race Start Times:</strong></h4> <ul><li>Family 1 Mile Run/Walk: 8:30 AM</li><li>10K: 8:45 AM</li><li>5K: 9:00 AM</li></ul> <h4><strong>Packet Pickup<br /></strong><span style="font-size:12pt"></span></h4> <ul><li><span style="font-size:12pt">Early packet pickup: </span><span style="font-size:12pt">December 18, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the Sumner County Family YMCA.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12pt">Race morning packet pickup: December 19, starting at 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM at the Sumner County Family YMCA</span></li></ul> <h4><strong>Swag &amp; Awards</strong></h4> <p>All participants receive a race t-shirt and finisher medal.</p> <p><strong>Awards include:</strong></p> <ul><li>Top 3 Overall (Male &amp; Female)</li><li>Top Overall Masters (40&#43;)</li><li>Top Overall Grand Masters (50&#43;)</li><li>Top Overall Senior Grand Masters (60&#43;)</li></ul> <h4><strong>Registration Policy</strong></h4> <p>All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
