2026 Upstate Orthopedics Mountain Goat Run (48th Annual) Race Information

<p><b>The Mountain Goat Run is a 10 Mile Syracuse tradition, open to participants of all ages. We have been conquering the hills of Syracuse for 47 years - bringing our community together each year.</b></p> <p><b>Race Day Schedule: Sunday, May 3, 2026</b></p> <p><b>     8:50  a.m.: Kid&#39;s Half Mile Timed Fun Run,   </b></p> <p><b>     9:15 a.m.: 10 Mile Mountain Goat Run, Two-Person Relay  </b></p> <p><b>     9:20 a.m.: Family Pet Walk</b></p> <p><b>     10:00 a.m.: Post Race Party</b></p> <p><b>   </b><b>  11 am:  Awards presentation of top 3 male and female runners. </b></p> <p><b>For alcohol consumption, please bring picture license identification for age validation.</b></p> <p><strong>Packet Pick Up and In-Person Registration (ON-LINE only! No paper or cash accepted) will be held at Fleet Feet Sports, </strong><strong>5800 Bridge Street, East Syracuse, NY 13057 on </strong><strong>Saturday, May 2</strong><strong>: 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.</strong></p> <p><strong>Race Day Packet Pick Up &amp; Registration (ON-LINE only, CREDIT CARD only),  7 a.m. to  8:45 a.m.</strong><strong> in Clinton Square.</strong></p> <p><strong>ALL premium items will be available ONLY through Race Day; NO EXCEPTIONS.</strong></p> <p><strong>ALL awards MUST be picked up on Race Day ONLY at Awards Tent (no awards available AFTER 1pm). </strong></p> <p><strong>Time Bonus Ribbons for the 10-mile race awarded to women running sub-90, sub-80, or sub-70 minutes and to men running sub-80, sub-70 and sub-60 minutes.</strong></p>
