2025 Duo Dash Race Information

<p>Get Ready for the 4th Annual Duo Dash 5K &amp; 1-Mile Dog Walk!</p> <p>Mark your calendars — the Duo Dash is back! Lace up your shoes, leash up your pups, and join us for a day of fun, fitness, and fundraising, all to benefit Duo Dogs.</p> <p><strong>This year’s race is extra special as we’ll also be celebrating Duo Ambassador Dog Barclay’s 7th birthday at the Dash!</strong></p> <p>Help us make Barclay’s birthday extra sweet by bringing a donation to the race:</p> <ul><li>New hard dog toys (all ages)</li><li>Dog training treats (Zuke&#39;s or Charlee Bear preferred)</li><li>Coconut Oil</li><li>Round cotton pads</li><li>Head to our <a href="https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3DGVBWD71KNII/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">wishlist</a> for more ideas.</li></ul> <p><strong>ALSO NEW THIS YEAR,</strong> teams are encouraged to set up fundraising pages for their dogs and compete in a friendly contest for ultimate bragging rights — who will be crowned the highest fundraiser? </p> <p>Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, it’s going to be a paw-some day you won’t want to miss! </p> <p> </p> <p>Both races will start inside the park at the Son&#39;s of Rest Shelter.</p> <p>Sign up by August 14th to guarantee a shirt.</p> <p>Packet pick-up will be Friday, September 5th, from 9:00-3:30 PM at Duo Dogs</p> <p>10955 Linpage Place St. Louis MO 63132</p> <p>If attending with your dog, please email proof of vaccinations for Rabies (dogs four months and older), Parvo/Distemper Combo, and Bordetella to <a href="mailto:ewelch&#64;duodogs.org" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ewelch&#64;duodogs.org</a> by September 1st.</p>
