Running &#x1d5ef;&#x1d5f2; &#x1d5d8;&#x1d5df;&#x1d5dc;&#x1d5e7;&#x1d5d8; XC Camp is a cross country day camp that includes 2 group training runs per week.  Camp is open to athletes going into grades 7-12&#43; and recently graduated athletes who are looking to continue their fitness (ALL ABILITIES).  </p> <p>Mondays and Fridays<br />7:00am-9:00am from June 2 - July 25, 2025 (NO Camp June 21 - July 6)<br />LOCATIONS: (could change based on workout)<br />&#x1f7e3; Mondays: Oklahoma Christian University, Edmond, OK<br />&#x1f7e3; Fridays: Lake Hefner, OKC or Spring Creek Trail, Edmond, OK<br />We offer 2 Sessions (See below)* Sign up for both sessions OR individually for Session 1 or Session 2</p> <p><br />Our camp focuses on developing the complete runner. Included are group training runs, clinics from coaches &amp; experts, proper warm up, stretching and form drills, and plenty more.
