19th Annual Seedorf / McMeekin Memorial 5K Run

The Atlantic City Fire Fighters Local 198 will host this years 19th Annual Memorial 5k Run in memory of Fire Fighters John Seedorf and Police Officer Thomas McMeekin.

WHEN:  August 24, 2025 at 9:30am
WHERE:  Race will begin at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on the Atlantic City boardwalk.

Course will start & finish in front of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at Pennsylvania Ave on the Boardwalk. All 5k runners will run south towards Ventnor on the boardwalk with an out and back course.  The turnaround point will be Montpelier Ave in Atlantic City, NJ.

There will be complimentary food and discounted drinks for all registered participants. Will have a DJ playing music for a small after party. 

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is also providing $5.00 parking admission to the self-park garage. Upon arrival at self-park garage, present this coupon to cashier valid only on 8/24/2025.

Awards ceremony will be held at The Terrace at Hard Rock following the race. 

Top 3 overall males and females will get awards. After that there will be age group medals for 1st place winner male and female in the following age groups: 

14 & Under | 15-19 | 20-29 | 30-39 | 40-49 | 50-59 | 60-69 | 70+ 

Registration Pricing Fee -  $35.00 (Price will increase on 8/14/25  = $40)

Race Day Price Fee 
Individual: $50

Race day registration will be under a tent on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Sunday, August 24, 2025  --  8:30 am - 9:15 am
