<p>12h Annual Little Ironman: 5K, Fun Walk, and Mud Run</p> <p>This tribute 5K, Fun Walk &amp; Mud Run are in memory of Josh “LITTLE IRONMAN” Adcock</p> <p>SUNDAY AUGUST 17, 2025</p> <p>Sulphur Springs Baptist Church</p> <p>1567 Gray-Sulphur Springs Road</p> <p>Jonesborough, TN  37659</p> <p>We are excited to be celebrating 12 years of our Little Ironman event!  We wanted to honor our military veterans this year to show our appreciation for their sacrifice and service.  We hope you will join us in the celebration of Josh’s life and legacy he left for us…live loud and love BIG!  We are planning a fun filled day for your family to enjoy.  Our prayer is you will leave with a Garfield smile knowing you were a part of something bigger than all of us!</p> <p>LITTLE IRONMAN 5K</p> <p>***Digital timing by Trojan Timing***</p> <p>START TIME:  5 PM</p> <p>WHERE:  Sulphur Springs Community, includes a balloon release at Sulphur Springs Cemetery in honor of Josh.</p> <p>Start/finish line, packet pick up and registration at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.  Parking will be at Sulphur Springs School.  Shuttles will run before and after race. </p> <p>COST:  REGISTER NOW UNTIL AUGUST 14 AT MIDNIGHT is $ 25.00</p> <p>RACE DAY- $ 30.00 </p> <p>To guarantee a shirt with the 2025 image, you must pre-register by August 14th at midnight.  We will have a limited amount of 2025 shirts available race day along with our past event shirts.  All shirts will be available only while supplies last.  We will not be placing a post-race order due to increased cost.  </p> <p>First 150 overall registrants for 5k &amp; Fun Walk, and Mid Run will receive a swag bag.</p> <p> </p> <p>Rewards For: Top Male/Top Female Overall, Top Male/Female 70&#43; (Masters), Along With Top 3 Of Each Age Group (Male/Female)</p> <p> </p> <p>Age Groups:<br />14 and Under<br />15-19<br />20-29<br />30-39<br />40-49<br />50-59<br />60 &#43;</p> <p> </p> <p>LITTLE IRONMAN VIRTUAL 5K</p> <p>If you are unable to attend our event in person and would like the flexibility to run 3.1 miles on your own time and your favorite course, this is for you.  This is also a great option for friends and family that live out of town.  We will mail you your t-shirt and bib and you can share your time and photos with us by using #LittleIronman.  We look forward to seeing your photos!</p> <p>COST:  $30.00 (to help cover shipping cost)</p> <p>Registration will end for the Virtual 5K on 08/07/25 at midnight.  We will place your package in the mail on 08/09/25 in hopes you will receive your package before the official race date of 08/17/25.  </p> <p>First 150 overall registrants for 5k, Fun Walk, and Mud Run will receive a swag bag.</p> <p><br />1 MILE FUN WALK</p> <p>START TIME:  5PM</p> <p>If you prefer not to run and would like to walk, we are excited to offer a 1 mile Fun Walk.  We will start the same time as the 5K runners and walk from the church to the cemetery, release a balloon in honor of our sweet boy, and walk back to the church.
