Start Time: 1:00 PM Central Time for both races.
Location: Harmonie State Park. 3451 Harmonie State Park Rd. New Harmony, IN. The parking area will be located where the old pool was. After you go through the main entrance, the old pool parking area will be on the left. Since it is the winter, there is no charge to enter the park!
Course: The 12Ks course will measure approximately 7.3 miles. It will be ran clockwise, the same direction as last year. The 5K will be an out and back. For the 5K this year, we will not go up the hill to the turnaround as we have the last several years in order to keep it a bit flatter! See below for a map.
Price: $30 until 9/22; $35 until 10/26; $40 until 12/7; $45 until race day.
**Deduct $5 with medal only option.
**All sales are final. Unless prior arrangements are made, no shirts/medals are guaranteed after the race.
Early Shirt/Bib Pick Up: December 19 5-6pm at Core Chiropractic. Their address is 6114 E. Virginia St. Evansville, IN.
Race Day Check-In/Late Reg: Race day check in/late reg is from 12:15-12:50pm at the race location.
Awards: Top 2 Overall Male & Top 2 Overall Female for 12K & 5K
Placement pins awarded to Top 3 Male/Top 3 Female in 12K & 5K (excluding overall winners) in following categories:
1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-99
Timing: Bib timing provided by To the Finish Timing.
Weather: The race will go on rain or shine! In the event of ice or snow or an event outside of the race directors control, the race will be postponed or canceled and entries are non-refundable. The make up date will be December 28.
Proceeds: Harmonie State Park Children's Summer Program.
